To enable this, they use various experiential formats in their training and assessments. Priti Agarwal, their founder wanted to increase their customer outreach through social media for growth in revenue and awareness for their unique L&D programs.
The Catalyst Training LinkedIn page saw a tremendous growth of over 500% followers within 4 months. Campaigns witnessed great organic attraction. Abstract campaigns were strategized and created for driving awareness among the HR & Training Heads on topics such as leadership skilling, unconscious biases and skill development.
Ads were designed and targeted to generate qualified leads of HR heads interested in experiential L&D programs being offered by ‘The Catalyst’. Ads resulted in an incredible number of impressions and interactions, finally swelling up the lead pool of ‘The Catalyst’. All formats of LinkedIn Ads like Inmail Ads, Sponsored Ads etc. were used to generate relevant leads.
